Capital Dredging is the initial dredging work in waterway/wharf/ port construction in order to establish appropriate water area and depth for navigation channels or to increase flood control standard or to improve waterway classification.
Maintenance Dredging
Maintenance Dredging refers to a regular or frequent removal of sediments accumulated at the bottom of the dredged channels so as to maintain or restore the water depths in the areas where sedimentation occurs.
Land Reclamation
Land Reclamation involves pumping or transferring sand and gravel onto the sea shore or river bed nearby for the purpose of embankment reinforcement or land availability improvement to increase usable land.
